RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned for a product exchange, or a refund within 7 days from the shipping date. To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to office@manifatturacanapa.eu within 7 days of receiving the order. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned and the type of compensation desired: product exchange or refund. Once the return request has been received, MCI srl Agricola will send the Customer a written confirmation via e-mail. The customer can then proceed with sending the product to our warehouse: MCI SRL SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA - VIA BOMBA, 43 - CAP 35030 - CINTO EUGANEO (PD). The cost of the return shipment to MCI SRL SOCIETA AGRICOLA will be charged to the customer in the event of a change or return of the product with the exception of any faulty products, in which case a photo of the faulty product must be attached to the request email and the costs of shipping will be paid by MCI SRL SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA. THE RE-SENDING OF THE CHANGED PRODUCT as per the customer's instructions will be the responsibility of MCI SRL SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA.

REIMBURSEMENT

Once the item being refunded has been received, MCI SRL SOCIETA AGRICOLA will proceed with the refund, the maximum credit time is approximately 10 days from the effective return date of the product in our warehouse. Orders paid by bank transfer will be refunded to the original original account. The returned product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email.

RETURN CONDITIONS

- The products must be returned inside the original box intact with the exception of the seal sticker, except for faulty products.

- In cases where the customer receives products other than those ordered or declared defective MCI SRL SOCIETA AGRICOLA will request photographic proof.

- MCI SRL SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA will not accept unauthorized returns.

- MCI SRL SOCIETÀ AGRICOLA will not accept returned goods that do not fully meet the conditions described above. The goods will then be returned to the sender carriage forward.
